Pirate’s Place has FABULOUS LAKE views seasonal AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS Year Round, it is a modern home
with seasonal lake front. It about 35 minutes to pigeon forge and on Douglas lake. Sits high up for
the fabulous views but this means you do have to walk down to the lake where there is a large deck
built for sunbathing, swimming, boating & water play. It is a short walk from the house. There is
also a free launch approximately 1/2 mile from the house. This home offers " fabulous Smoky Mountain
views year round and Douglas Lake Views seasonal" Lots of open decking to enjoy the sunrise and
also the sunset. The master suite is wonderful for that romantic couple. There is also a sitting
area outside the master suite overlooking the main living area of the home. The home is very
spacious for your family to have family time yet private time.
If your coming to this area for the mountain views this home is perfect for the Mountain views that
you can't get at almost any cabin on the lake. This home is priced cheaper for the brief walk to the
lake but off season or if the View is whats most important to you, then this is the PERFECT home for
you .
