Ponderosa Detailed Description
Ponderosa Log cabin is rustic and roomy and has fantastic seasonal lakefrontage with a private dock.
It’s 7 bedrooms make it perfect for large family reunions, or group gatherings! The home has wood
laminate floors throughout the upstairs, REal wood floors in the living room and Tile in the Kitchen
and baths. The dining table will sit 12 and the picnic table on the porch will sit 10 + 2 picnic
tables in the yard. Ponderosa sits on about a 3 acre peninsula that is vertually flat. on the back
side yard to the dock it does slope to the lake. You can enjoy any sports here you can imagine with
all this usable yard area. You can enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, skiing, fishing, all day and
when you wear out come sit on the covered proches and rock or swing til you rest then have a game of
football or what ever else you can think of. All those grandchildren can and run and play and there
is no one else around for them to bother. WE will sometimes allow a small pet with a $100.00 pett fee. At the ponderosa your family can truly have a fun filled
vacation without the worry of traffic, or hillsides to fall off or neighbors to worry about. Enjoy
your Douglas Lake Vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. WE are just a short drive
into Gaatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, the Bristol Raceway, and Cherokee North Carolina.
