Four Seasons Detailed Description
This home is a "JAW DROPPER" from the time you drive up in front of the home. You look into the
massive 35 ft windows from the front that goes all the way thru to the back of the home right into
Beautiful Douglas Lake. From the driveway you see the lake through the home and on both sides of the
home. When you enter into this Luxury home you feel as if you are already out on the lake. The
massive living area is all open from front and back views with lots of seating. French doors open
onto the deck overlooking the lake. There is a tv with dvd/vcr in this room with bose surround
sound. off to the the left is a kitchen you have never experienced, it has 2 refrigerators, 2
dishwasher, 2 sinks, and stove in a large island in the center. The dining area is all open the
kitchen with a large bay window seat. French doors open onto the deck overlooking the lake.
To the right of the family room is a Master bedroom suite complete with a jetted tub, stand up
shower, double sinks, another large window seat,and french doors going onto the deck overlooking
the lake.There is a 1/2 bath on this floor also.

Walking up double sets of stairs is an open balcony overlooking the living area and out onto the
lake. On the right is another master suite complete with a jetted tub, stand up shower, and double
sinks. You also have a large window seat with a tv and french doors going out onto the balcony.
Another bedroom on this level has 2 queen beds with tv, french doors going onto a balcony
overlooking the lake, and a bath. A 3rd bed has a queen bed and a set of bunks that has a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. full bath, tv/vcr/dvd.

Going down stairs you find a game room complete with a pool table, foosball, table and chairs. walk
thru a door and AHHHH a MOVIE THEATER with a 60 inch movie screen with a couch, an oversized chair and 3 additional chairs, seating for 8. Bose surround sound in the theater room There is another
bedroom down here that has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This level is ground level on the
back of the home and has a patio all the way across the back of the home complete with tables and
chairs, and a hot tub. all this and the most wonderful views you could imagine. Bring your family
and make Smoky Mountain memories you will never forget. The wireless internet is an additional
advantage if you need to work while here or just to play. An hours drive to almost anywhere in this
area to the Bristol raceway, the Great Smoky Mountains for hiking, Gatlinburg for shopping, and snow
skiing in the winter. Pigeon Forge for Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Restaurants and Shopping malls.
Bring your own beach towels to take to the lake. There is a fire pit outside to enjoy. For grilling
out you have smoker and a gas grill. The tank is provided but if the propance runs out you replace it.

Douglas lake has magnificant sunsets and sunrises to enjoy right here in your private vacation home. Enjoy your Douglas Lake Vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains of East

January 4, til March 31 2010 for up to 18 guests 375.00, for master suites for 2 couples 295.00

additional fee: 100.00 pet fee if applicable, 125.00 reservation fee, 13.75 % tax
