Captain Happys has very large den/gameroom with large screen tv, fireplace. There is a small "private time" screen porch on the main level. We have 2 fireplaces, for those cold wintery nights and a steam pivate hot tub to unwind.

Captain Happy’s Retreat has Excellent Interstate convenience, just minutes from Pigeon Forge, and
all it's malls, as well as the Bristol Motor Speedway. Why fight all the traffic all the time? Find
everything you might need within 3 miles, bait, marina, ramps, gas, groceries, restaurants,
groceries, etc.

This lakefront retreat has year round lakefrontage and boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bonus
rooms for maximum sleeping of 14 people. With lots of windows you will feel close to the lake even
when you are inside. very large den/gameroom with large tv, fireplace room for all the play you can
enjoy. there is a small "private time" screen porch on the main level to get away from the family.
this home boosts 2 fireplaces, for those cold wintery nights and a hot tub to unwind at the end of
the day. Outside you have great lake access with a covered deck built down near the water to relax
and a large dock. this luxury home has everything you could want.
